QUICK START

What App did you sign up with?

ANDROID / ROKU / AMAZON

Update, restore purchase, then log in

  1. Update the BTV app from your device app store/channel store.
  2. Open the app and click the Restore Purchase option.
  3. After confirming Restore Purchase, click log in.
  4. Enter your email address and then click the forgot password option to set a new password.
  5. After reset, use the same credentials on all devices.

APPLE (IPHONE / IPAD / APP STORE)

Reinstall and reset password

  1. Delete the old app version.
  2. Install the newest app: Brandon Studios TV.
  3. Tap Login, then enter your email address.
  4. Tap reset password to create a new password.

Apple App Update Instructions

  1. Delete the old app

    On iPhone, press and hold the old BTV app icon, tap Remove App, then confirm Delete App.

  2. Install the newest app

    Download and install Brandon Studios TV from the App Store.

  3. Tap Login and enter your email

    Open the app, tap Login, and enter the email address tied to your account.

  4. Reset password

    Tap Reset Password to create your new password, then sign in with that email and password.

No. Update the app, tap Restore Purchase, then log in and reset your password if needed.

Yes. Once reset is complete, the same email and password should work on web, mobile, Roku, and Amazon devices.

Apple subscriptions are managed in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID subscriptions list. Billing changes are handled by Apple.
